Nearest Intersection:
Clarence Church Rd and Purse Rd
From Hwy 26 and Cr-13, in South Ostelic Twn, Get on Hwy 26 and drive northeast, immediately Bear right onto Clarence Church Rd and drive 2.5 miles.
There is no parking area for this location, parking is along side of the road. You will see a yellow finger lakes trail sign nailed to a tree, as well as a post marking the trail start. For the first .1 mile the trail is flat and easy. At about .1 mile you will immediately start descending down into the ravine. This part was muddy and slippery. As you are descending to the bottom of this, to your left you will see the first waterfall which actually starts up by the roadside. When you reach the bottom, you can then turn left and scramble back up the creek for the several small cascades and drops. This section has a lot of tree limbs and rocks and very muddy. It really is not or was not much to look at. To get to the Main waterfall, continue down the trail for about another 350 ft. You will be looking down at the waterfall. You will have to scramble down the embankment for a closer view of this waterfall. Due to the downed trees, it is not possible to get a good full view of the entire Waterfall without trees in the way. For additional smaller falls and drops continue down the trail for another .1 mile. You will be looking down yet again at these additional locations. Although the trail is well marked and appears to be well used, it is not maintained. I do not recommend young children.
